We handle the marketing, viewings, referencing and paperwork to get your property let quickly to the right tenant, then hand things back to you with everything in order. One fee of 10% of six months' rent, with no VAT and nothing to pay until your tenant is placed.
We list your property across the major portals and our own channels, with professional photos and a listing written to attract the right applicants, students or residential tenants, as quickly as possible.
We handle every enquiry and conduct viewings on your behalf, in person or virtually, so you don't need to be available during the day or chase up interested applicants.
Every applicant goes through thorough referencing and Right to Rent checks before the tenancy is agreed, so you can be confident about who's moving into your property.
We prepare a compliant tenancy agreement, protect the deposit with a government-approved scheme and coordinate move-in, including a full inventory and check-in report.

For anything less pressing, we'll schedule the repair smoothly and make sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

That means we handle marketing your property, arranging viewings, conducting thorough tenant checks, preparing the tenancy agreement, collecting rent, and managing repairs and inspections. We also look after all the legal essentials, including gas safety certificates, EPCs and deposit protection. You'll receive regular updates, and we're always just a phone call away whenever you need us. Your peace of mind is our priority.

We’re also happy to help with guarantor forms and we’ll always work around your academic calendar. Your deposit is placed into a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme within 30 days of you paying it. You’ll receive a deposit protection certificate and all the information about the scheme directly. When your tenancy ends, we’ll carry out a joint check-out inspection. Provided everything is in order, we’ll make sure your deposit is returned to you promptly.
