FAQ
You can report a maintenance issue at any time by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp. For emergencies, such as a gas leak, a burst pipe, no heating in winter or a property that can't be secured, contact us straight away and we'll arrange for it to be made safe as quickly as possible. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first. For non-urgent repairs, we'll schedule the work and keep you updated at every step.
Our full management service is designed so you can truly sit back and relax, we take care of everything from A to Z. That means we handle marketing your property, arranging viewings, conducting thorough tenant checks, preparing the tenancy agreement, collecting rent, and managing repairs and inspections. We also look after all the legal essentials, including gas safety certificates, EPCs and deposit protection. You'll receive regular updates, and we're always just a phone call away whenever you need us. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Yes. We specialise in student accommodation and understand what makes a great student home. Our student properties are in popular areas close to the University of Portsmouth, such as Southsea and the city centre, and are fully furnished with reliable Wi-Fi. Many include bills, and each listing states exactly what is included. We're happy to help with guarantor arrangements, and we plan viewings and move-ins around the academic calendar.
Your deposit is protected with a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme within 30 days of receiving it. We'll send you the deposit protection certificate and the prescribed information, which explains how your deposit is protected and how to raise a dispute if needed. At the end of your tenancy we carry out a check-out inspection, and provided everything is in order, your deposit is returned promptly.
Of course. We always encourage viewings so you can be sure the property feels right for you. Book a viewing by calling us or sending a message on WhatsApp, and a member of our team will show you around and answer any questions on the spot.
