We're already onboarding new students from November 2026, ahead of the September 2027 intake for St Michaels Student Accommodation Portsmouth.
We list your rooms and student houses across the major portals and student-specific channels, with listings written to reach students searching ahead of the academic year.
We handle viewings and enquiries from individual sharers or full groups, working around exam periods and term dates so you don't have to.
Every student and their guarantor goes through full referencing and Right to Rent checks, so the whole household is confirmed before any offer is made
We prepare a compliant joint tenancy agreement covering every sharer, register the deposit, and coordinate move-in with a full inventory and check-in report ahead of the new term.

For anything less pressing, we'll schedule the repair smoothly and make sure to keep you updated every step of the way.
Our full management service is designed so you can truly sit back and relax, we take care of everything from A to Z. That means we handle marketing your property, arranging viewings, conducting thorough tenant checks, preparing the tenancy agreement, collecting rent, and managing repairs and inspections. We also look after all the legal essentials, including gas safety certificates, EPCs and deposit protection. You'll receive regular updates, and we're always just a phone call away whenever you need us. Your peace of mind is our priority.

Our properties are usually close to campus, come with reliable WiFi, are fully furnished and, where possible, offer clear all-inclusive bills. We’re also happy to help with guarantor forms and we’ll always work around your academic calendar. Many of our homes are in popular student areas like Portsmouth, and we pride ourselves on offering the kind of friendly, practical support that students really value.
Your deposit is placed into a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme within 30 days of you paying it. You’ll receive a deposit protection certificate and all the information about the scheme directly. When your tenancy ends, we’ll carry out a joint check-out inspection. Provided everything is in order, we’ll make sure your deposit is returned to you promptly.
