Our approach removes the day-to-day pressure of managing property while making sure homes are cared for properly and tenants are placed and supported responsibly. Based in Portsmouth, we specialise in student accommodation and residential homes, managing every property with the same care and attention as if it were our own. Our standard management fee is 9% of the monthly rent, with no VAT, no renewal fees and no hidden admin charges.

We manage the full tenant finding process, including marketing, enquiries, viewings, suitability checks and move-in coordination. Our focus is on placing tenants who are the right fit for the property, helping protect its condition and support smoother tenancies.
Every property is managed individually, not as part of a volume-driven system. We oversee day-to-day operations, handle tenant communication, coordinate maintenance and monitor compliance to maintain standards and prevent issues before they escalate.

Our full management service is designed so you can truly sit back and relax, we take care of everything from A to Z. That means we handle marketing your property, arranging viewings, conducting thorough tenant checks, preparing the tenancy agreement, collecting rent, and managing repairs and inspections. We also look after all the legal essentials, including gas safety certificates, EPCs and deposit protection. You'll receive regular updates, and we're always just a phone call away whenever you need us. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Yes, definitely! We specialise in student accommodation and really understand what makes a great student home. Our properties are usually close to campus, come with reliable WiFi, are fully furnished and, where possible, offer clear all-inclusive bills. We’re also happy to help with guarantor forms and we’ll always work around your academic calendar. Many of our homes are in popular student areas like Portsmouth, and we pride ourselves on offering the kind of friendly, practical support that students really value.
Your deposit is placed into a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme within 30 days of you paying it. You’ll receive a deposit protection certificate and all the information about the scheme directly. When your tenancy ends, we’ll carry out a joint check-out inspection. Provided everything is in order, we’ll make sure your deposit is returned to you promptly.
